I like skinny ties, but the only ones I have are a skinny silver one from H&M, and two cheap black ones I got for $4 total on Melrose that I will never wear in public. So I set off on a quest for a nice silk skinny black tie, and I’ve finally found it.

Ulterior Motive is a Swedish design label that has a ton of unique ties and other fashion accessories. Most importantly, they have skinny black ties, which I’ve finally purchased. For $47. Which I didn’t mind spending, considering that I shop for clothes about twice a year. Check out the tie selection here.
