Deconstructing the Sopranos finale

The Sopranos finale is the first and only episode of the series I have seen.

As I watched the episode, I was constantly confused, especially since I didn’t know who anyone was. Watching the episode with my cousins, I learned that the big deal about the episode was waiting to find out whether Tony Soprano lives or dies. Without spoiling the ending (if you haven’t heard what happened), I’ll just say that fans were disappointed because they didn’t get an answer.
